Lake Zurich Animal Hospital Hours:
In order to ensure each patient receives our best attention, we schedule patient time by appointment arranged in advance of the office visit. Should you need to cancel an appointment, please give 24 hours notice. Cancellations without a call will result in a $25 charge to your account. We gladly accept cash, check, Visa, and MasterCard. To keep your paperwork and ours to a minimum, payment will be required when services are rendered.
Regular
Office Hours:
Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm
Saturday 9:00am - 3:00pm
Surgery
Drop Off:
Routine surgeries are limited to Monday - Thursday to
ensure your pet can be home with you in time for the weekend.

*Note:
Current vaccinations will be required for all patients having surgery.
Surgery
Pick Up:
9:00am
- 6:00pm on day specified at time of drop off.
(Usually, next day for most surgeries, two days for spays or more serious
surgeries where additional monitoring is required.)
Dental
Drop Off:
8:30 - 9:30am on day of dental work

Current vaccinations will be required for all patients having dental work.

3:00 - 6:00pm on day of dental work.
